Apple Tablet? Giant IPhone? ...right.
Nina SayMy husband and I listen to a lot of tech podcasts such as Twit, and MacBreak. Heck, we are just huge fans of Leo Laporte! Almost every episode we listen to on any tech podcast happens to lead to the topic of the apple tablet. I am just as interested as the next gal, but what makes me laugh harder than anything else are the "predictions" people have for the style. Who knew people could be so bored waiting for January 27th (or whatever the announce date is, nobody is sure) to see what the real thing looks like.
Lets start with this first "image" of the supposed apple tablet, yeah the background looks really official. Good job on that photoshop job! But honestly, do you think they would but the IPod wheel in there? It is a touch screen tablet, you do not need the wheel to scroll! That right there is a photoshop FAIL! Next...
Ok, so this one seems to be a bit more realistic. I tend to think that the IPhone rumors are bogus... it is not going to be a huge IPhone shaped tablet with the same menu and lock buttons... Apple is much more creative than that. But I do think that they would keep the same color scheme. The black keyboard looks more like a jail broken IPhone with a downloaded theme, I think that apple will keep the original grey when it comes to their keyboard. But this one is a lot more inventive than the first... IPod wheel? Come on!!
I only have one thing to say about this one, it is way too fat! I have no doubt in my mind that apple's tablet will be much thinner... and a much better color. It blows my mind how some of these people can put out a representation of an apple product, and find a way to make apple look bad. Come on people, apple is much better than this!
My point with this is: why cant we all just chill out and wait? I highly doubt any of these fake "tablets" will look anything like the actual product, and you know what? Why get all worked up over something fake... just wait for the real thing and be amazed then. That is what I am doing, I just love a good laugh when I see all these amazing apple tablets!
