Restaurants? Kitchens?

I have always been extremely interested in the commercial kitchen parts. Every restaurant I go to I love when I get a sneak peak of the kitchen, it blows my mind that I have never worked in a restaurant. And any Spongebob Squarepants fan knows how amazing and interesting frymaster parts are! Maybe that should be a new blog topic... my love for huge kitchen parts!
