I have always loved shoes, and what better way to add a perfectly legitimate reason to buying shoes than this: they help you work out! Wow! I honestly thought this kind of thing would never be invented, but it has and thank goodness for that. I had the amazing opportunity to review a pair of Ryn shoes, and boy did they give me a workout within the first fifteen minutes of putting them on and walking around.

The pair of shoes I received are called Nazca, and they are mighty pretty! The white is beautifully complimented by a shiny metallic blue, and I felt really stylish wearing them! And for those of you who love, or need, to wear high heel shoes... these are for you. These shoes give a nice lift of about one and a half inches... while your working out, how amazing is that?

The first time I put them on, I noticed fairly quickly that there was a bit of a learning curve. The way the sole is rounded is something you have to get used to. Something I learned right away is that you cannot lean on your heels... or you will fall right on your backside. My trouble making husband found it extremely funny that if he pushed me back, I would potentially fall down. You can bet I figured out how to catch myself... and quickly.

After walking around in them for a while, as I said earlier I felt the burn almost instantly. These shoes are not heavy, yet they made my muscles feel worked. It was a great feeling although I had only taken about six steps and I was not sure if I would survive while wearing them for a whole day. Although I was scared, and a bit sore the next morning... I wore them all day and I guess I was worse off than I had ever thought because it felt like I had done about forty reps of squats with one hundred pounds on each side. But being sore is something that makes me feel great, like I had done something productive the previous day.

Awesome giveaway!

These shoes would help me because I am about 90lbs overweight and am constantly on my feet but never have time to get to the gym so I would love to have something on my feet that help me burn more and tone those muscles...since more muscle means more fat burned!
