Everyday Minerals Review and Giveaway[CLOSED]

I recently had the honor and pleasure to review a few items from Everyday Minerals, an amazing company that creates beautiful mineral makeup that makes all of its wearers glow with superb style! I have always loved the way mineral makeup does not wear you down, and it stays put right where it is supposed to without being reapplied ten times a day. And let me tell you... this makeup works perfectly with my EcoTools!

The review set I received included the following: SPRUNG! Blush, Ballet Slippers Pearl Eyes, Baby Bath Eye Shadow and Icing On The Cake Lips. And all four of them were absolutely great! Here is my take of each of the lot:

Icing On The Cake Lips: Normally I am not a big lipstick wearer, I cannot find colors that fit naturally with my skin tone. It was almost fate that I was sent the perfect shade for me to review. It is the first lipstick that I have ever worn in my life that looks great on me. I like to think of it as a very nude rosy color, and I feel like the genius who sent them to me was psychic because it was a perfect match!

I wear this almost every day now when I go out, and honestly I do not think it will ever get old. The only thing I fear is the day I hear it is being discontinued and I'll have to buy as many as I can to hold me over until the day I die. But lets hope that never happens, because I would be very sad.

SPRUNG! Blush: Like the lipstick, I hardly wear blush. Usually the color is such a drastic difference between my skin tone and a natural blush shade I look like I am wearing stage makeup. I never knew what I was missing until I tried this color... again I do not know how these colors were picked perfectly for me but they were...

Another thing that I know cannot be a coincidence is the fact that the shade of the blush blends in perfectly with the color of the lipstick which makes me look even better when I wear them together. Color coordinating your shoes and purse? That is old school... now it is all about your lips and cheeks.

Ballet Slippers Pearl Eyes: I love pearly eyeshadows, they are perfect for nights out and parties with your friends... not like I go to any of those anymore. But with a little bit of liner your eyes really pop when you have a nice pearly shadow. The great thing about this color is it is not only white... it is tinted lavender in the slightest way, which means it is not an overpowering shade.

So all of you Hip Mommas, who want to be smokin' hot for your husband or just for yourself, this would be a perfect shade for you. Elegant yet practical down to the very bottom line.

Baby Bath: This is a great neutral shade for everyday use. Because I know my everyday makeup is not extravagant, it is calm and neutral because normally I just want to look natural and fresh, I save my shocking and bold hues for when I am going out - which is rare.

I love how I have the perfect skin tone for the browns-peaches shades, and I love looking the closest thing to perfect that nature will allow, and this shadow is really close for me! I have added it to my "take everywhere" collection so it is always in my purse!

My overall opinion is very high, these are great products that do not smell like cheap makeup, they last all day long, and they look great... not to mention they are mineral makeup, what could be any better than that?

The eyeshadow!! I don't do lipstick/blush myself because my husband is allergic to a lot of stuff, but I like having eyeshadow on at least.
