Alight Review & Giveaway [CLOSED]
Nina SayClothes are absolutely great, but I have a confession to make... ever since my daughter was born a whole 16 months ago I have not gone shopping for myself. So as you can probably guess I have been walking around... in public mind you... wearing maternity clothes. GASP!
In my own defense, they did not look that bad... but I had not updated my style in a very long time. The few pieces of clothing that always looked great were few and far between. At least I went back to the jeans that aren't maternity, I did wear them during my early pregnancy but I ditched the elastic band.
I was so excited when I got the opportunity to review a shirt from Alight, a plus size clothing shop. All of the shirts that come from Alight are 1x, 2x and 3x. And they have tons of styles! Alight plus size clothing has saved my look!
I got a beautiful polka dot top to review, and it is so perfect! The shirt reminds me of maidens from the medieval times, the sleeves were off the shoulder and complimented my shoulders.
One thing I must point out is the length was superb, I am tall and I have a hard time finding clothes that are long enough. Sometimes I have shirts that are not quite long enough, so I have to wear super long undershirts to compensate. I have doing that.
Speaking of undershirts though, the only thing I did not like about the shirt was it did not cover enough of the girls. That was easily fixed though when I put a black undershirt under. Then I continued rocking the shirt like a model.
