Memories are things that live forever, but there is only one thing in life that makes memories better than they already are. Photos. But sadly most photos nowadays go unprinted and stay in a pure digital form. I got to change that with the help of Canvas Press, an amazing company that turned a picture of my daughter into a larger than life canvas that is full of memories and will forever hang proud. You know... once we find a place to hang it. We are thinking about hanging it in the front entrance of our house that way when people visit, they see the most classic picture of my adorable baby... ever. Want to see?
I know you cannot tell how big that canvas is on the photo, but that is a good sized chair and the canvas itself is 16 inches by 20 inches. Just the right size for my daughters wide open mouth. Having this photo on a canvas means a lot to me, you never realize how precious small moments like this are until they never happen again. Which is what happened to me. My husband and I snapped this photo of our daughter while she was "asking" for some ice cream, and now she will not make that face again which is tragic... or at least it would be but we have a giant photo of the moment!
Besides the sentimental value, the quality of the print from Canvas Press is amazing. They offer so many features for your canvas. One of the things that impressed me the most is the sides of the canvas, instead of it being plain white... they wrapped my picture around the sides so it continued. Now that is only one option you can choose, you can mirror your image or even choose a color border.

I would use this for a picture of all my kids outside my home. Not professional done but mommy done..lol..I love when the kids just stop playing and look up and then I click a pic.

I would use a picture from my wedding @ the beach. It was so wonderful that day. The flowers were all bloomed... The sun was shinning. I really never expected it to b a nice day considering the day before it was really cold & gloomy. I dated Mitchy for so long that I thought a wedding wouldn't really b that big of a deal. That I felt like we were already married...& that I couldn't possibly love him any more than I did. Boy was I wrong. The emotions that I felt that day are indescribable. That day was one of the most amazing days of my life. I would use a picture of michy, drama & me walking down the hill of flowers. It would b so nice to see that picture in a bigger scale. :-)
I'd do one of my son at the park - just enjoying the day... sigh, to be young again!
