CSN Stores Review: Part 1

So, I'm sure you've all read my CSN Stores Preview Post. If you haven't, yeah that pink thing is a link. Click on it and read the preview, order a nice dining room table, and then come back. The actual review is in parts too, so it's like a CSN Stores 3-Parter cliff-hanger review. This is Part 1. Well actually its technically Part 2 if this is a 3-Parter, but you get the point.

For this review, the generous people over at CSN Stores gave me $40 worth of store credit, which I wasted no time in depleting. Since I just moved and have immense amounts of shoes, I picked out a shoe rack as my review item. But then I realized that even with shipping included, I was only at like $30. So of course I started browsing the smaller items on the site, and managed to find two more super awesome products.

Crayola Window Markers and Crayola Fabric Markers. Oh yeah. Like, you have no idea how stoked I was to get these. So when they came in the mail last night I was really excited. I drew all over my window and was going to post a picture in the review, but then I realized that since my window leads to the sun room that was added on to the house and it's energy efficient, i so don't get enough light filtration to take a picture and have it not look like some blobs on paned glass. So yeah. that's why there's no awesome window picture. And yes, I understand the irony of the sun room not filtering any sun through...

ANYWAY, I'm basically obsessed with these markers. I don't currently own any clothing that I can color on with the fabric markers, but I did deck out a white towel that I have. I just drew all over it and then put it in the wash for 30 minutes on high, and voila. Awesomeness. You can use an iron for heat, but it had dryer instructions and that is way more simple. Especially since the iron and I have a long-standing rivalry. It's kind of a love/hate relationship...meaning that he loves to burn me and I hate him. So yeah, I used the dryer. The only kind of lame part is that for the first 3 washes of whatever you colored, you have to isolate the product, and wash it by itself so the colors don't bleed all over your stuff. But like, knowing me I'll forget. Seriously, just watch...

Both sets of markers turned out to be totally awesome, just like I knew they would. I was kind of surprised that CSN Stores carries them. They seriously sell everything. They have sites for clothes and shoes and diaper bags and furniture and also office supplies. I'm sure there are other products too, but these are just the ones that I have seen on their sites. Look for Part 2 of my review, and also go buy a dining room table.

This review was sponsored by CSN Stores: the place that you're going to right NOW to buy your dining room table.
