Yes–I will admit that I love sitting down and watching Jersey Shore and Teen Mom…they make life seem so much more interesting and I love it!
I am sure many of you have heard about the upcoming Mom Blogger Reality TV show, and how many great bloggers have sent in videos as a form of auditions. Personally, I am so very excited for this show to air, it has much to do with who I am as a mother and a blogger and it will be intriguing to possibly see my friends on television–showcasing their talents to the world. It makes me proud, and it makes me feel like what I do as a stay at home mother/student/blogger is being noticed and recognized. I am proud to be a Mommy Blogger.
Personally, I would never be able to handle the public seeing my every move–I am much more of an observer. This is odd because I spent my childhood dreaming about being in the spotlight and having my face plastered on every billboard you see in L.A. I could never dream of creating a video to audition for a show like this, I do not live in a mansion in Miami and I do not always have a clean house. I would never be strong enough to handle all of the criticism. Sometimes I don’t keep my cool, and sometimes my husband and I fight, and sometimes I wait until tomorrow to do my dishes. Who wants to see this? Probably everybody, but I don’t want to let them.
This is why I have tremendous respect for the mom bloggers who are putting themselves out there for the world to see. It is very admirable and I am one hundred percent behind every single one of these women. It is a great opportunity for those who are strong enough to go through with it.

P.S. There is nothing wrong with being a mommy blogger. What part is wrong? ? Being a mother or being a blogger. It makes no sense.

I like to watch some reality shows too. I wish the bloggers who applied the best of luck.
I love mom bloggers, and would likely watch the show, but I couldn’t see being on it myself. Something just tells me that not everyone will be pleased with the way they are portrayed courtesy of network editing.
So… I’m not a mommy blogger, but I just had to say that I love Jersey Shore and Teen Mom too! haha

I totally get sucked into reality shows too LOL, and I have to give props to the moms trying out for the show I could NEVER do it!
There are certain reality shows I like such as Hell’s Kitchen and Celebrity Apprentice, not too many more. I do think I’ll watch the Project Mom one just because it’s something I’m interested in, I’m curious to see other mom bloggers and how they cope with everyday life while blogging!
