SwirlyDo Hair Ties Review & Giveaway [CLOSED]

I know, I know..You’re all excited because the title of this post means there’s something free for you to win at stake. But first I get to bore you with the details of the product and my experience with it.

I recieved a package of SwirlyDos to review, which contained 8 hair ties…or miniature phone cords as you may notice. Despite my initial reaction at their appearance, these things are actually pretty awesome. They’re supposed to replace average elastics as hair ties, and they certainly are a welcome change for me. I often get headaches from having my ponytail too tight, but if i loosen it, my hair slowly starts to slip out. SwirlyDos. And yes, I was told to spell it with a "y" and not an "i"

SwirlyDos are changing my ponytail perspective. I actually have one in my hair right now! They do just about everything that the package claims. They hold ponytails very firmly, with no slipping, but no painful pressure. They come off smoothly, without pain or ripping, and are great for sports or workouts because they don’t slip off. However, they claim to eliminate ponytail bumps. I found that my pony-line was reduced, but not completely eliminated. Honestly though, that isn’t a big deal for me. Generally when my hair is up, i’m leaving it up for the foreseeable future. If pony-lines are a big deal for you, buy a pack and only use them at the gym when you know you’ll be showering afterwards. they’re worth it. Especially because they’re only 5.99 a pack (includes plus shipping, or they’re free if you happen to win this giveaway!
