Tickle Tap Apps Review

I knew the moment I bought my husband an Iphone that I would be stealing it constantly to play with all of the fun applications that you can play with. We have all heard the commercials with the catchy slogan… “Theres an app for that!” And it is now absolutely true! Before I had this opportunity, I had only heard rumors of applications for very young children existing… but now I know for sure, and I absolutely love them!

The two apps that we got to try are the Sort Slider and the Sound Shaker. And let me tell you, the three kids that got to try these games absolutely loved them. All of the kids were instantly mesmerized and really did not want to take turns. Here are some photos I took while the kids were playing:

At first I had given it to my daughter to play, like I had been for the last few days… she is only 11 months old but she absolutely loves it. She always gets so excited when she taps the screen and it makes noise. And there is a feature in the Sound Shaker, if you hold your finger down long enough the balls hatch into a little chick… all three of these kids loved that!

This is when the boys decided they had done enough “watching” and wanted in on the fun. It was actually kind of funny, because when the boys took the game from Zoey, she got really, really upset. And when the boys had to take turns.. they acted the same way. Proves they liked it in my opinion.




It was really fun for all of the kids. I did not think the boys were going to like the game because even though they are 3 & 4 years old, they usually play their PSP’s so the level of difficulty between the two are very different. I would like to tell you how much the kids loved this game. They played this game for hours, and the only way I can explain it is one kid happy, and the other two screaming and crying until it was their turn.. all the way up until the Iphone died! It was very entertaining, but at the same time I an extremely thankful I did not have a migraine today. I am sure you can imagine why.

Now here is my final say:

I absolutely LOVE these Apps. If you have an Iphone or an Ipod touch, you can buy them directly from Itunes. It is 100% worth it!
