I don’t know if anyone else suffers from migraines and tension headaches like I do. But I have literally been having headaches since I was three years old, no joke! I have tried everything to relieve my symptoms, and the only thing that ever works is sleep, in a quiet dark room.This last week I have had more headaches than I have in a long time. I tried everything, down to this crazy Asian flower oil from my father in law. And I got the best instant message from my Aunt on facebook. She saw my status update and told me a way to get rid of my aches. She told me to sip on a coke and hold it under my tongue for 15 seconds every time I take a drink. And I tried it today, and it worked! So if any of you suffer from migraines, try this! It may work for you!

I had my very first migrane ever last week. It SUCKED! I could not imagine having them all the time like you do. I’m glad the coke trick worked, I’ll keep it in mind if I get another one.
Interesting – I started taking a medication for a totally unrelated issue, but later found out that it also is prescribed for migraines, so I don’t have them nearly as much anymore, but when I do fell one coming on I’ll have to try that.

My husband and I both suffer from headaches. The only thing that works for me is an anti-inflamatory.

Coke used to help my Grandmother occasionally & 7-up my aunt!
I can’t stand the taste of colas anymore… but have tried it in the past..
I am stuck with meds & then the dreaded BIG migraine med if worse comes to worse…
I have a bunch of essential oils I use for regular headaches that help, and some that help for muscle aches & back strains…
everyone is different!
