I have always loved writing, as I’m sure I’ve mentioned… so I apologize if I am repeating myself. I have been contemplating the idea of writing a book since I was 14. And I actually have notes, thoughts, and idea’s for the story I would like to write. And I am finally going to start my “project”. One day, it will be done.
As much as I would love to tell you what it is all about. I am afraid that I will ruin it (If one day it does get released) But I plan to write it, and have my extensive team of editors (Ha, yeah right. My editor is whoever I can find. Maybe the hubby) edit it hundred of thousands of times. And it is my dream to perfect it and get it published for everyone to read. And let me tell you, I have a crazy-beautiful mind.
I remember the book that made me want to start writing. It is called A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray. It was one of the most magical books I have ever read. And I recommend that everybody take a few days to read it. It will open your mind to the way things used to be and the things that used to go on. It is eye opening.

And the book that I read recently that re-sparked my interest in writing is called Second Glance by Jodi Picoult. This is the first book to rip every emotion I know out of my heart, then find a way to end on a light note. It is one of the best books in all time. It is very fast paced, which means I did not get bored. And that is very important to me. There is so much depth and history involved, and a little research with TAPS. (You know.. the guys from Ghost Hunters?) It is worth every minute of the time needed to finish the book. And in my case, it was a very fast three days.

I am very inspired. And a large part of that inspiration is because of the two books I mentioned above. Take the time to read them. And let me know what you think if you have read, or are going to read them!
