“What to Eat” Pad Review and Giveaway [CLOSED]

[ 37 ] 11/30/2009 | NinaSay

US ONLY

I don’t know about you… but I never know what my family is going to eat during the day. And it can get really annoying. But when I got the opportunity to try the “What to Eat” pad from KnockKnock, I was excited to see how well it worked! When I first opened my package and saw the notepads I though they were really nice! They are sturdy and have a nice magnet on the back so you can easily stick it on your fridge to remind you to plan ahead! Speaking12018_What-to-Eat_ of planning ahead, it is not something I have ever done, and I now know I should have started doing it a lot soon. Over the last week or so I have been trying to break my habit of never planning a meal ahead of time, and it has been hard. But the “What to Eat” pads really helped me along the way, it is super easy to use them. They are flexible enough to plan ahead of time by one day, or even one week! For me it was much easier to plan each day separately, because some days I really want mashed potatoes, and the next day I don’t! So it works well in my household. My husband even started using them.. by crossing out the things I had planned and making his own substitutions. Hey! That is completely O.K. with me until he crossed off my french bread for more meat! Huge no-no!

These pads have a great detailed layout, including the following:

  • “Week of” section
  • “Master Chef” So you know whose cooking!
  • “Dinner” side which includes everyday of the week and whether or not you are “dining in”, “dining out”, or getting “take out”
  • A section for “Breakfasts”, “Lunches” and “Dinners” with enough space for the whole week.

My experiences this this was great. I trained myself into planning every meal. And to be honest it cut a lot of time out of my day that was previously being used trying to figure out what we were going to eat. And to me that seems a bit crazy… how can one simple pad of paper help make my life so much easier? Well I do not know how to answer that question, I just know that it works and I want to be able to share this with you.

You can buy these pads at KnockKnocks website, they go for $7.50 and are worth every penny!

Thanks to KnockKnock I am able to give away one “What to Eat” pad. It really helped me out, and I am sure it can free up some time for you!
